A glimpse into my own journey on why I'm deeply committed to guiding others through the therapeutic process.

About Me

I’m Fabio Fina.

Who I Am

I am a psychotherapist, dad, husband, and a passionate learner about the human mind, dedicated to helping men find strength and well-being in their emotional and sexual lives. My life's tapestry is woven from threads of resilience, curiosity, and a genuine desire to support others out of the labyrinth of their inner struggles.

My Journey to Becoming a Psychotherapist

Born and raised in a working-class, immigrant family from Southern Italy, I was always fascinated by the complexities of the human mind. My love for psychology and mythology opened doors to understanding deep human emotions and experiences.

Life wasn't easy. Adolescence threw me into a whirlwind of questions about my purpose and where I belonged. Heartbreak and personal traumas led to a decade of severe depression and thoughts of giving up.

A New Beginning

At 19, I moved to the United States, looking for a fresh start. But my struggles didn't just disappear. It took years of dedicated psychotherapy and self-discovery to find a way out of the darkness. By 26, I had gained crucial emotional insights and tools, not completely healed, but much stronger and self-aware.

My Professional Path

My own battles, struggles and triumphs have deeply influenced my career, leading me to focus on Men's Emotional and Sexual Wellness. I've been deeply involved in men's groups, finding mentorship and camaraderie that were missing in my youth. These experiences have not only transformed my life but also form the foundation of my work as a therapist.

Why Work With Me?

My approach is shaped by both my professional training and my personal journey through emotional hardship. Having been in those tough spots myself, I offer an empathetic, practical approach to therapy. With over ten years of clinical experience, I'm here to guide you towards a more satisfying life.
